• UB Greensfelder has brought multiple rounds of Schedule A lawsuits in the Northern District of Illinois on behalf of a large American personal care product company against dozens of sellers of counterfeit electric toothbrush heads. By freezing e-commerce platform seller accounts with Temporary Restraining Orders and a Preliminary Injunctions, we recovered significant monetary damages and achieved judgments for our client.
• UB Greensfelder’s attorneys have led an extensive anti-counterfeiting campaign on behalf of global fashion brands to stop the sales of counterfeit handbags, apparel, footwear and accessories. Sellers of counterfeit purses were identified and a lawsuits brought to prevent them from continuing this harmful, illegal practice. As a result of this national anti-counterfeiting program, UB Greensfelder’s lawyers obtained judgements of hundreds of millions of dollars which, in turn, resulted in a significant reduction of counterfeiting activities involving the clients’ iconic brands.
