The Up & Coming awards recognize Missouri attorneys who are under age 40 or within their first 10 years of practice and who have demonstrated professional accomplishment, leadership, and service to the community. Wasserman was one of 48 attorneys selected for the 2026 Up & Coming class and recognized during an Oct. 21 awards ceremony in St. Louis.

Wasserman is an associate in UBG's Employment & Labor Practice Group, where he represents employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies in a wide range of workplace disputes. Beyond his practice, he is committed to professional leadership and community service, serving on the board of directors of DEAF, Inc. and as a council member of The Missouri Bar's Young Lawyers' Section. He also maintains active involvement in several professional organizations, including the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the Society for Human Resource Management.
