Vince provides business-oriented solutions to clients across a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance, handling the tax, accounting, and business law considerations that accompany complex corporate deals. He has represented clients in transactions throughout the United States and in several foreign countries.
As an M&A attorney, Vince guides clients through the legal, financial, and strategic complexities of buying, selling, and merging businesses. His practice includes structuring transactions, conducting due diligence, negotiating key agreements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and tax requirements.
Vince also serves as general counsel and special transaction counsel for publicly traded and closely held business organizations.
Vince’s multidisciplinary approach — looking at the financial and tax aspects in addition to legal and business matters — delivers exceptional value to his clients. He takes a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and devises creative solutions to get deals over the finish line.
Vince is extensively recognized for his legal work in mergers and acquisitions. Since 2018, he has been ranked by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business as one of Missouri’s “Leaders in Their Field” in Corporate/M&A.
