February 5, 2025

UB Greensfelder LLP is pleased to announce that associates Salman Shah and Rini Roy each have been selected for Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) programs for 2025. Based in Columbus, Shah has been accepted into the Fellows program, which prepares diverse, high-potential, mid-career attorneys with professional and personal development opportunities, leadership training, and relationship-building resources. Based in Chicago, Roy has been accepted into the Pathfinders program, designed to connect high-potential, early-career diverse attorneys with foundational leadership skills and relationship-building resources.

Shah is a litigator with significant experience representing clients in cases and matters involving transportation, cargo claims, general liability, catastrophic injuries and wrongful death, and professional liability. He has participated on catastrophic loss emergency response teams and has investigated dozens of trucking accidents involving death and serious personal injury.

Roy advocates for her clients in a wide range of litigation areas, including copyright, trademark, grey market goods, Lanham Act violations, commercial and toxic tort matters. She has notable experience combatting unauthorized sales and parallel imports, false advertising and unfair competition claims, and helping clients safeguard their brands and trademarks from infringement, dilution, and unauthorized use.
