Kyle represents clients in complex commercial litigation, employment cases, and business disputes. He handles all phases of litigation, including drafting and arguing motions, conducting and defending depositions, and communicating with clients on case developments.

Before joining UBG, Kyle practiced at an AmLaw 100 firm and an Ohio-based regional firm, where he handled defense-oriented litigation across a range of matters, including employment discrimination, general liability, professional liability, and medical malpractice claims. His experience includes motion practice, briefing and appeals, conducting and defending depositions, participating in hearings, managing cases through discovery and dispositive stages, first-chairing mediations, first-chairing an arbitration in the American Arbitration Association, and first-chairing a preliminary injunction hearing.

Kyle graduated summa cum laude from The University of Akron School of Law and finished in the top 15% of his class. While in law school, he served as Production Editor and Assistant Editor of the Akron Law Review and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society.

Kyle spends his free time reading, watching films, and seeing musicals at Playhouse Square.
