• Enter through the Skylight Towers security lobby.
• A picture ID is required when signing in at the building security desk.
• Our reception area is on the 11th floor.

The Ritz-Carlton Cleveland and Hotel Cleveland are located in the Tower City complex adjacent to Skylight Office Tower and UB Greensfelder’s Cleveland office. UB Greensfelder has a preferred rate with the Ritz-Carlton and Hotel Cleveland.
