UB Greensfelder Bolsters Immigration Capabilities with Counsel Additions

April 27, 2026 – UB Greensfelder LLP (UBG) has announced the expansion of its immigration capabilities with the addition of two accomplished attorneys, Dane Macaskill in Cleveland and Jing Zhang in Cincinnati. Both join the firm’s Employment & Labor Practice, along with paralegal Shauchiela Vieira, further strengthening a group long recognized for advising domestic and international businesses on the full spectrum of workforce and global talent needs.

Based in the firm’s Cleveland office, Macaskill joins UBG as counsel after spending the last four years operating her own immigration law boutique, Dane Macaskill Law LLC. She brings more than 20 years of experience in business immigration, having counseled startups, higher education and research institutions, and Fortune 500 companies on the full range of immigrant and non-immigrant matters. Before launching her own firm, Macaskill practiced at both boutique and Am Law 200 firms and served as director of legal product at a legal technology company focused on immigration solutions.

Zhang joins UBG as counsel from a Cincinnati-based law firm, where she represented clients ranging from multinational corporations to small businesses and families in navigating high-stakes and employment-based immigration and business operations matters. A native of Chongqing, China, Zhang’s cross-border practice helps bridge cultural and legal gaps for Chinese and U.S. clients. Her work includes temporary and permanent visas, business formations, international transactions, and cross-border compliance matters, and she is fluent in English, Mandarin, and the Chongqing dialect.
