Jing Zhang

Jing is Counsel in the Employment & Labor Practice, with a focus on high-stakes business and employment-based immigration.

With more than a decade of experience, Jing provides white-glove service to employers navigating the complexities of H-1B and L-1 nonimmigrant visas, as well as the PERM labor certification process and EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 immigrant petitions.

Jing also guides U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents through the process of sponsoring family members for green cards.

Bilingual in English and Chinese, Jing provides comprehensive legal services for international clients, coordinating matters ranging from business formation and talent acquisition to real estate and corporate transactions.

Recognized for her legal excellence, Jing has consistently been selected to the Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars list, which recognizes no more than 2.5% of attorneys in each state.

Outside the office, Jing is an avid photographer and a chef of authentic Chinese cuisine. Her native Chongqing, China, is known as the "world's biggest city you've never heard of," with a population of more than 30 million.
