This resulted in the largest known, single victim, personal injury settlement in the history of Kentucky or Ohio.
- Represented an employer in a fatality caused by an employee being crushed under a 50,000-pound steel coil that fell from an overhead crane.
- Represented a waste broker in a zirconium-related explosion at an incinerator, which killed one and burned another.
- Represented a Japanese company in an employee-caused trucking accident that left the plaintiff with serious, permanent brain damage and alleged damages over $10 million.
