Remington focuses his practice on business and commercial litigation. He also has extensive experience in insurance law and premises and retail liability. He represents clients in contested matters, taking a practical, strategy‑driven approach to resolving complex cases.

Remington applies his passion for legal writing to his litigation practice, using written advocacy on behalf of clients to shape litigation strategy from discovery through trial. Beyond drafting legal documentation, Remington has demonstrated courtroom prowess through his work on a range of litigated matters. He has successfully and independently tried small claims trials to verdict, second-chaired trials, and argued dispositive motions in Missouri courts. Remington has also taken and defended depositions, including those of plaintiffs, fact witnesses, expert medical witnesses, and corporate client representatives in contested litigation.

Remington earned his B.A. from Hendrix College and is an active alumnus of Saint Louis University School of Law. During law school, he served in multiple faculty fellow roles, including research and academic support initiatives, participated in the Criminal Law Clinic, and worked as a law clerk and legal intern. Remington has remained engaged with legal and academic communities through mentorship and service and has received several honors recognizing his contributions.

In his free time, Remington enjoys spending time with family and friends and watching professional wrestling.
