Regan focuses her practice on product liability and general litigation matters. She has extensive experience representing clients in all phases of personal injury and other liability cases, including motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, workers’ compensation, and medical malpractice cases, including multiple successful trial verdicts. Regan also has represented her clients at numerous mediations and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Prior to joining UB Greensfelder, Regan practiced primarily in the area of personal injury litigation.
With a focus on mental health and wellness initiatives, Regan serves as Co-Chair of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s Health and Wellness Committee. She also founded and served as President of the Ave Maria Health and Wellness Association while in law school.
In 2023, Regan was nominated for the Ohio State Bar Association’s (OSBA) Rising Litigator Award. Additionally, she is a 2023 graduate of OSBA’s Leadership Academy. Regan is a member of The National Trial Lawyers - Top 40 Under 40 and has been named to the Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars list since 2023.
While attending Ave Maria School of Law, Regan was a member of the Moot Court Board. She also was selected to compete in the National Appellate Advocacy Competition in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and the UCLA School of Law Cybersecurity Moot Court Competition in Los Angeles, California. During that time, Regan also worked as a law clerk at the Garvin Law Firm, a personal injury firm in Southwest Florida that focused on catastrophic loss cases.
