UB Greensfelder LLP (UBG) is pleased to announce that Co-Managing Partner Scott P. Kadish has been selected for induction into the Cincinnati Business Courier's 40 Under 40 Hall of Fame, recognizing his professional accomplishments, leadership, and longstanding contributions to the Greater Cincinnati community.

Kadish, a member of the Cincinnati Business Courier's 1997 40 Under 40 class, will be honored during the publication's 2026 40 Under 40 Awards celebration on Sept. 24 at Cincinnati Music Hall alongside this year's class of emerging leaders.

For 31 years, the Cincinnati Business Courier's 40 Under 40 program has recognized the region's top young professionals for their leadership, business success, and community impact. The Hall of Fame, now in its second year, honors former 40 Under 40 recipients whose careers, leadership, and civic contributions have continued to make a lasting impact long after their initial recognition.

As co-managing partner of UBG, Kadish helps oversee the strategic direction and operations of the Am Law 200 firm. During his decade-long tenure in firm leadership, he has helped guide significant growth, culminating in the 2024 combination of Ulmer & Berne LLP and Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. to form UB Greensfelder.

In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Kadish has built a nationally recognized real estate practice over the course of his nearly 40-year legal career. He represents retail, restaurant, entertainment, and office landlords and tenants nationwide on complex commercial real estate transactions and business matters. He is recognized by Chambers USA among Ohio's leading real estate attorneys, is a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, and is named to Ohio Business Magazine's Ohio 500.
