Shlonsky, Partner-in-Charge of the firm’s Cleveland office, has been named the recipient of the 2025 Ramey Award for Distinguished Community Service by the Ohio State Bar Foundation. The award was presented at the All Rise Annual Awards Celebration, which honors legal professionals and organizations whose work strengthens communities and promotes access to justice across Ohio, on Oct. 24 in Columbus, Ohio.

Presented annually, the Ramey Award recognizes an Ohio attorney whose career reflects a lifetime of service to the public and community, as well as unwavering integrity, honor, courtesy and professionalism. Honorees must demonstrate exceptional service outside the practice of law and without compensation.

Shlonsky has more than 30 years of legal experience in employee benefits law and is widely respected for her leadership and mentorship within the firm and the broader legal community. Outside her legal practice, she has held leadership roles with numerous community organizations, including the Cuyahoga County Public Library Board of Trustees, The City Club of Cleveland, Bellefaire JCB, The Cleveland Jewish Community Federation, and Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio.

Shlonsky is also a recipient of the 2022 Nettie Cronise Lutes Award from the Ohio State Bar Association and the 2023 Jurisprudence Award from ORT America.
