Nolan T. James

With more than a decade of legal experience, Nolan advises individuals, families, and business owners on estate planning, probate, trust administration, and related corporate and real estate matters. He develops comprehensive estate plans tailored to clients’ personal, tax, and business objectives and provides guidance on wills, trusts and the administration of complex estates. Nolan also counsels closely held companies on formation, governance, succession planning, and transactional matters, drawing on his background in both corporate and real estate law.

Before joining the firm, Nolan practiced with a Cleveland-based corporate law firm, focusing on estate planning, closely held business counseling, and real estate transactions. Earlier in his career, he founded and managed his own boutique law firm, Nolan James Legal Group. Prior to private practice, Nolan served as corporate counsel at The Fedeli Group, advising on insurance‑related regulatory and compliance matters.

Nolan resides in Strongsville, Ohio with his wife, Allison, and their four sons. In his free time, he enjoys coaching a variety of youth sports, including hockey, baseball, and soccer.
