Who We Are
Our team-based, multi-disciplinary approach combines legal experience in real estate, tax, finance, securities, environmental law, land use regulation, health care law, construction law, immigration, employment, and benefits to provide clients with holistic advice on the wide range of issues that arise in leasing and hospitality matters. The firm is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, where we stay abreast of current legal trends and develop relationships with key industry professionals.
How We Help
On the landlord side, we currently serve as leasing counsel to several retail developers, including Steiner + Associates, a worldwide leader in the development of the “lifestyle center.”
On the tenant side, we represent several national retail clients who use ground leases for site development, as well as traditional leases. Representative clients include Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants, gorjana jewelry stores, and IT’SUGAR candy stores.
We work with our hospitality clients – hotel, restaurant, and entertainment, among others – at all stages of their businesses, including:
