Jeanette has extensive real estate experience, including drafting and reviewing documents, interpreting surveys and title reports, and analyzing environmental assessments. She is proficient in drafting leases, amendments, and related documents for shopping center transactions. Jeanette also prepares corporate resolutions, annual reports, liquor license applications and related documents, and private placement documents, as well as SEC and IRS filings.
