Alan assists clients in all aspects of real estate matters and focuses his practice on the acquisition, disposition, and development of commercial property. He has experience with a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, and represents buyers and sellers in the purchase, sale, and development of a variety of properties, including mixed-use, office, industrial, warehouse, multifamily, and portfolio transactions. Prior to joining UB Greensfelder, Alan worked for two oil and gas title firms, and his experience helps him confront and resolve legal issues involving mineral development and land use. He uses his unique background to help clients address complex real estate and environmental issues and help them achieve their goals.
