Kelley L. Putnam

Chief Human Resources Officer

With 25 years of experience in human resource operations and leadership, Kelley serves as UB Greensfelder’s Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this capacity, she plays a critical role in aligning people strategies with the firm’s business goals to accelerate growth, engagement, and operational excellence. She leads the firm’s HR team, responsible for employee relations and retention, talent acquisition and management, compliance and policy development, benefits and compensation management, and culture and values alignment.

With a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, Kelley connects with the needs of people at all levels of the firm. She takes a comprehensive approach to her work, focused on delivering measurable results across the organization. Kelley has been consistently recognized for her ability to align talent and culture with strategic business priorities, leading to elevated team performance and accelerated growth.

Kelley has previous experience across multiple industries, where she gained expertise in change management, organizational design and transformation, and learning and training programs that make a significant impact beyond HR. Prior to joining UBG, Kelley was the CHRO for an established residential and commercial service provider, where she led the transformation of the company’s talent strategy and workforce development during a period of rapid growth. One of her key achievements in that role was the institution of a technical training and leadership university.
