Joel advises clients on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, carve-outs, reorganizations, and other corporate matters, including corporate governance and private equity law matters. In recognition of his work, he was named to the Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers Rising Stars list (Business/Corporate).

Additionally, Joel provides legal services to pro bono clients, including artists, cultural workers, collectives, small creative business, and non-profit organizations with arts-related legal matters.
