September 5, 2024 – UB Greensfelder LLP is pleased to announce the expansion and relocation of its New York office due to recent strategic firm growth. This is the New York office’s second relocation as a result of significant growth since its opening in 2020. The expanded office is now located at 1700 Broadway in the heart of Midtown Manhattan.

“Since assuming leadership responsibilities of the New York office in 2021, I have been focused on elevating the services we offer our clients, from primarily providing litigation services to having full-service capabilities. As a part of this effort, we have been successfully recruiting top-notch lateral attorneys which has led to the continual need for more office space,” said David A. Landman, Partner-in-Charge, New York. “In this recent expansion, we relocated from Madison Avenue to a larger, modern office space at 1700 Broadway to accommodate the recent growth and to allow for future growth.”

The New York office has continued to grow since its opening in 2020, deepening the firm’s bench strength on the East Coast through the addition of strategic lateral hires in key practice areas. The firm has welcomed Michael Gurman, Partner in Health Care; Abe Sutton, Counsel in Health Care; Anastasia Tonello, Partner in Immigration; and Nathan Wiedemann, Counsel in Corporate/M&A. The New York office now boasts more than a dozen attorneys and legal professionals offering expertise in M&A transactions, health care, finance, and business immigration, as well as litigation.
