Benjamin C. Tiller

January 28, 2025 – UB Greensfelder LLP is pleased to announce that Partner Benjamin C. Tiller has been elected to the Board of Directors of Sunnyhill, Inc., a nonprofit organization that delivers life-changing services for people diagnosed with developmental disabilities. Combining his legal acumen with his passion for empowering individuals with disabilities, for the past seven years Tiller has served Sunnyhill as a member of the Young Professionals Board.

In his legal practice, Tiller defends corporate clients facing mass toxic tort, products liability, and premises liability claims, focusing much of his practice on the construction, manufacturing, and production industries. He is experienced in all phases of litigation, including high stakes cases, and has deposed thousands of claimants, witnesses, and experts in more than three dozen states.

Tiller is an active member of his community, dedicating much of his time to serving on the St. Louis Track Club Board of Directors, the St. Louis Zoo Young Professionals Advisory Board, and the Ranken Jordan Pediatric Bridge Hospital Young Professionals Board.

A nonprofit organization in Missouri, Sunnyhill Inc.’s mission is to empower individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities by providing various person-centered services, including family navigation, behavior supports, independent living assistance, life skills development, housing opportunities, and socialization. Sunnyhill illuminates pathways for the community through education, expert environment cultivation, and advocacy to help individuals succeed.
