Benjamin handles matters through all phases of litigation, from early case assessment through trial and resolution. His practice includes developing litigation strategies, conducting and defending depositions, preparing and arguing dispositive and evidentiary motions, and managing complex, multi-party matters. Known for his thorough preparation and practical approach, he works closely with clients to achieve efficient, cost-conscious outcomes aligned with business and risk objectives.
In addition to his core commercial litigation practice, Benjamin has handled high-exposure, technically complex matters nationwide, working closely with corporate representatives, fact witnesses, and experts. This experience allows him to evaluate risk early, manage litigation efficiently, and position cases for favorable resolution.
