Scott C. Johnston

Scott assists businesses with a variety of corporate transactions, including those related to tax matters, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and entity formation and dissolution. Scott brings professional experience in accounting and tax matters to his clients, as well as a strong understanding of business operations.

Scott previously worked as a tax accountant at a large public accounting firm, handling tax returns over four tax seasons. His experience at a CPA firm gives Scott not only practical understanding of clients’ tax considerations but also a wider view on the operations of businesses in numerous industries.

During law school, Scott was a summer associate at UB Greensfelder and completed an externship with a military defense contractor, gaining experience in an in-house counsel department. He also served clients in Saint Louis University’s Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic, providing transactional representation to entrepreneurs, nonprofits and businesses.
