Sai advises employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters. She assists with all aspects of litigation, including preparing responses to written discovery, drafting dispositive motions, preparing for depositions, and drafting mediation and arbitration statements. Sai has handled matters related to wrongful discharge, employment discrimination, restrictive covenants, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act, and has helped clients respond to Equal Employment Opportunity Commission administrative charges.
Before joining UB Greensfelder, Sai practiced labor and employment law at both a boutique firm and an international firm, working on a broad range of employment disputes and labor issues involving public‑ and private‑sector employers.
While in law school, she held clerkships with the New Jersey Superior Court, the EEOC Hearings Unit, and the New York Supreme Court, and served as a judicial intern in the Sonia & Celina Sotomayor Judicial Internship Program.
