Rex A. Littrell

Rex serves as Partner-in-Charge of UB Greensfelder’s Columbus office. In his practice, he offers a unique blend of product liability litigation and global mediation/settlement experiences. Rex’s practice largely concentrates on defending mass torts involving pharmaceutical products. Rex has served as national counsel for pharmaceutical drug and dietary supplement manufacturers and retailers in products liability litigation throughout the United States in both federal and state courts. He has extensive mediation experience in mass tort litigation and in guiding companies through such litigation in a bankruptcy context. He also has acted as defense liaison counsel in multidistrict litigation and in global mass tort mediations. Rex also has experience in zoning and commercial litigation and in the drafting and passage of numerous pieces of legislation.
