UB Greensfelder Elevates Two Attorneys to Partner

UB Greensfelder LLP (UBG) is pleased to announce that Emmanuel I. Sanders and Peter C. Palumbo III have been elevated to partner, effective January 1, 2026. The promotions recognize their professional achievements, client impact, and contributions to the firm’s culture and success.

Based in the firm’s Cleveland office, Sanders focuses his practice on product liability defense, particularly in pharmaceutical, medical device, and mass tort litigation. He represents clients in multidistrict and coordinated proceedings as well as individual cases, drawing on extensive experience in motion practice, discovery, and expert preparation. Sanders is recognized for his practical approach and ability to translate complex legal issues into clear, actionable strategies.
Palumbo, based in UBG’s St. Louis office, counsels individuals and businesses on estate, trust, business, and tax planning matters. With nearly three decades of experience, he assists clients with estate planning, wills and trusts, probate and trust administration, and federal and state tax concerns. Palumbo also advises on business and not-for-profit formation, transactions, and real estate issues, often working with families and organizations across generations.
