Olivia represents clients in complex business litigation. She assists with all aspects of the litigation process.
Throughout law school, Olivia was able to gain practical legal experience from several professional opportunities. During her placement with the Ohio House of Representatives, she was able to work with legal counsel to ensure compliance. Through her participation in the Moritz College of Law Justice for Children Clinic, she provided representation to juvenile clients in delinquency and immigration proceedings, and her externship at the United States Department of Agriculture gave her experience in administrative rulemaking and enforcement. Additionally, she was a summer associate with UB Greensfelder.
While in law school, Olivia was president of the Inter-Professional Council and chief articles editor of The Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution. Olivia earned her B.A. from Miami University and her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
