Olivia represents clients in a range of litigation and dispute resolution matters. She works closely with clients to develop practical strategies that advance business objectives and achieve favorable outcomes.

Olivia assists with all phases of litigation, including case assessment, motion practice, discovery, and hearing and trial preparation. Her experience includes drafting substantive pleadings and motions in commercial litigation matters, contributing to case strategy and development, and managing discovery efforts.

Prior to joining UB Greensfelder, Olivia developed a diverse legal background while in law school through internships and clinical work with the Ohio House of Representatives, the Moritz College of Law Justice for Children Clinic, and the United States Department of Agriculture. Her experience included conducting legal and policy research, representing juvenile clients in delinquency and immigration proceedings, and assisting with matters involving administrative rulemaking and enforcement. Olivia also spent a summer with the firm as a summer associate.

Olivia earned her B.A. from Miami University and her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. While at Miami University, she competed as a member of the university's equestrian team.
