Matthew Wheeler

With a legal career spanning more than a decade, Matt has extensive experience in corporate law, fund formation, and securities matters. He focuses his practice on negotiating, drafting, and reviewing complex corporate contracts, such as vendor contracts and master service agreements, for private equity and hedge fund clients. Matt’s contract expertise also includes non-disclosure agreements, non-reliance letters, information use agreements, advisory agreements, and technology agreements for institutional counterparties.

Prior to joining UB Greensfelder, Matt was a senior attorney with Sullivan Wolf Kailus LLC, a boutique corporate law firm based in Chicago. Previously, he practiced in corporate and finance law with several global law firms and has experience as in-house counsel.
