Jasmine is an experienced attorney with a strong background in estate planning, business succession, and fiduciary litigation. She advises individuals, families, and business owners on strategies to protect assets, navigate probate matters, and plan for long-term financial security. Her experience also includes special needs planning and trust administration.

Jasmine has represented clients in both contested and uncontested probate proceedings and regularly prepares estate plans and corporate documents tailored to each client’s goals. Her litigation experience includes drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, as well as participating in depositions, hearings, and mediations.

Before joining UB Greensfelder, Jasmine practiced with a full-service firm, where she built a reputation for delivering results and maintaining strong client relationships. Her legal career is complemented by her entrepreneurial experience as a small business owner, giving her a practical understanding of the challenges her clients face.

Fluent in both Chinese and English, Jasmine brings a unique cultural perspective to her practice. Her bilingual background enhances her ability to connect with diverse clients and deepens her insight into legacy planning and family values, particularly in multigenerational and cross-cultural contexts.

Outside of the office, Jasmine enjoys spending time with her two sons.
