Erica represents clients in estate planning and trust and estate administration. She provides counsel to a range of clients in structuring various methods to achieve their personal and financial goals for estate planning, while minimizing the imposition of federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes. Erica is skilled at drafting various estate planning documents and takes a strategic approach to finding the right solution for each individual client. She gets to know each family well in order to deliver solutions tailored for each family’s goals.

Reflecting her deep commitment to making a positive difference, Erica regularly shares her legal expertise through educational presentations on estate planning and related topics. Through these efforts, Erica empowers individuals and professionals to make informed decisions that shape their financial futures and legacies.

Outside her legal practice, Erica plays an active role in her community through her engagement in civic and volunteer activities. As one of 24 Ohio attorneys selected to the Ohio State Bar Foundation’s 2024 Fellows Program, she participated in the group’s chosen community service initiative which focused on addressing post-incarceration reentry challenges and included a pro bono clinic. Erica has also worked with the Special Olympics of Hamilton County, serving as Recorder of the Young Professionals Committee to support the not-for-profit organization and its athletes.

In her free time, Erica enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, reading, and travelling.
