Emily supports the firm’s Franchising & Distribution and Energy groups with a broad range of corporate transactions and regulatory matters.
Prior to UB Greensfelder, Emily practiced with a Chicago-based law firm and advised clients on complex corporate transactions, structuring agreements across mergers and acquisitions, debt financing, corporate governance, and regulatory matters.
Emily’s earlier legal work includes internships and judicial clerkships spanning the public and private sectors, which provided her with exposure to intellectual property, supply chain contracts, labor & employment, and municipal law.
Emily received her B.A. from The Ohio State University and her J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law.
