September 21, 2023 – Ulmer & Berne LLP is pleased to announce the addition of two new attorneys. Meghan E. McDonnell and Anastasia A. Elder both join the Business Litigation Practice Group in the firm’s Cleveland office.

McDonnell joins the firm as an Associate. She focuses her practice on business litigation and the resolution of complex business disputes. She provides strategies and analysis to address procedural and substantive issues, and she is experienced in all aspects of litigation, from client intake through settlement or trial. McDonnell earned her undergraduate degree with honors from Georgetown University and her J.D. with honors from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

Elder also joins the firm as an Associate. Her practice focuses on the resolution of complex business disputes. Elder advises clients on developing strategies to achieve goals and manage risks informed by best practices and business objectives. Elder earned her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and her J.D. from Cleveland State University College of Law.
