Christine helps facilitate transaction closings, assists with drafting supporting documents, prepares and files formation and compliance documentation across multiple states, and manages corporate governance materials, including resolutions and filings. She is also deeply involved in due diligence efforts, contract review, online data room management, and preparing schedules for agreements. Christine also handles SEC filings, Form D notices, UCC documentation, and franchise tax reports, audit requests, and legal research.
