Chioma represents clients in complex commercial litigation, including contract, business, real estate disputes, and adverse bankruptcy proceedings. She manages all phases of litigation, from initial strategy through resolution, overseeing written discovery and depositions, preparing and arguing dispositive and procedural motions, and drafting appellate briefs.

Chioma takes a strategic, solutions-oriented approach to each matter. Her attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and dedication to achieving her clients’ objectives make her a trusted advisor in and out of the courtroom.

Before joining UB Greensfelder, Chioma practiced at a St. Louis-based law firm, where she handled a wide range of litigation matters. She previously completed multiple judicial clerkships in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and the Missouri Court of Appeals–Eastern District, following earlier roles as a judicial intern and summer associate. Chioma also completed a post‑doctoral fellowship at Saint Louis University School of Law.

In her free time, Chioma enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, running, and traveling overseas. She lived in Tokyo with her family for two years and enjoys language exchange to practice Japanese.
