UB Greensfelder’s Role in the St. Louis Community: Building a Diverse and Inclusive Workplace

As a part of the Advance STL 2024 initiative, UB Greensfelder shared with the St. Louis Business Journal how the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Committee is guiding the firm in its commitment to foster diversity and an inclusive environment both internally and out in the community. UB Greensfelder's DEIB efforts are led by Partner Alvin E. Mathews, Jr., Chief Diversity Officer; Carmen White, Director of Diversity Initiatives and Civic Engagement; and Counsel Yvette R. Simpson, Director of Culture and Belonging. Together, they champion new ideas and fresh perspectives, understanding that a diverse and inclusive culture creates a balanced, more rewarding workplace where attorneys and staff can grow and flourish.
