Adriana represents clients in a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and fundraising activities. She assists with due diligence, document review, and transaction management and the drafting of operating agreements and authorizing resolutions (consents) in support of deal teams.   

Adriana’s prior legal experience includes work in immigration law, where she drafted and filed legal motions, prepared visa petitions, managed case deadlines, compiled client evidence, and assisted in preparing witnesses for hearings and interviews.

While attending law school, Adriana worked full time as a loan signing agent. She also served as a summer associate with UB Greensfelder and completed a judicial externship with Judge J. Philip Calabrese of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

Admitted to American University as a Politics, Policy and Law Scholar, Adriana earned her B.A. and served as a program leader mentoring first-year students and supporting their academic and co-curricular engagement. She earned her J.D. from Cleveland State University College of Law, where she served as president of the Latino Law Student Association and as a representative to the Student Bar Association.
