Will represents clients in business disputes and commercial litigation in state and federal courts, with a focus on business torts and real estate litigation. He is experienced in all phases of litigation, including conducting and defending depositions, and drafting and arguing motions. Outside of the courtroom, Will has represented clients in administrative hearings before professional licensing boards.
Before joining the firm, Will practiced at litigation‑focused law firms, where he developed broad experience managing complex civil matters from early investigation through dispositive motion practice. His background includes extensive legal research and writing, practical courtroom exposure, and strategic support that enhances his ability to advance clients’ objectives effectively.
While in law school, Will externed for a U.S. magistrate judge in the Eastern District of Missouri, served as a faculty fellow researching various legal interests in Russia and Ukraine, and clerked in the Litigation Division of the Missouri Attorney General’s Office. Prior to law school, Will spent a semester at the National University of Ireland–Galway and participated in an exchange program in St. Petersburg, Russia.
