She manages multinational IP portfolios, enforces rights worldwide, and counsels on issues including NFTs and generative AI. Her professional involvement includes serving in leadership for the International Trademark Association (INTA) and as a committee member with the Chicago Women in IP (ChiWIP). Kalsi’s community engagement includes volunteering with the mHUB IP Panel Workshop, the Illinois Small Business Development Center, and the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program.

Rich leads complex commercial real estate transactions for national developers, franchisors, and institutional clients. She advises on acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, and redevelopment projects, including distressed and environmentally challenged properties, and manages high‑value matters across the retail, hospitality, industrial, and multifamily sectors. Her professional affiliations include the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). Rich’s community leadership includes serving as vice chair of the board of trustees for the Cleveland Restoration Society and as a member of the board of trustees for The Park Synagogue.
