Nathan Rogers

Nathan Rogers assists in a broad range of business transactions for a diverse group of clients. He conducts thorough due diligence investigations, meticulously prepares and reviews various commercial contracts, provides support with entity formation, and contributes to client communications.

His journey through law school included impactful internships at the 21st Judicial Circuit of Missouri under the Honorable Ellen H. Ribaudo and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Illinois. Additionally, Nathan has previous experience as a government affairs professional in Washington, D.C. His experience working with federal lawmakers and regulators gives Nathan a practical understanding of the legal challenges clients face in operating their businesses.
