Michael is a seasoned commercial litigator who represents businesses and individuals in complex disputes across a range of industries. His practice spans breach of contract, commercial torts, securities and FINRA matters, consumer protection, and employment and labor.
Michael represents broker-dealers and investment professionals in arbitrations and regularly represents public and private companies in high-stakes litigation. He has secured favorable outcomes through dispositive motions, arbitration awards, regulatory matters resolved without action, and significant monetary recoveries.
Across all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation and case strategy through discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal, Michael brings a practical, strategic approach. He is an experienced courtroom and arbitration advocate and has served in key trial roles while also representing clients in mediation.
