Lanie represents clients in a range of employment and labor matters, with a focus on employment discrimination claims and administrative proceedings. She brings a strong background in civil litigation, employment law, and insurance defense, developed over several years of legal practice in South Carolina and Missouri.

Known for her thoughtful and strategic approach, Lanie works closely with clients to understand their unique goals to ensure they feel supported, informed, and empowered. She is recognized for her meticulous approach to legal analysis, her ability to navigate complex employment issues, and her commitment to client advocacy.

Before joining the firm, Lanie served as a Senior Associate at a nationally recognized law firm in St. Louis, where she represented corporate clients in both state and federal forums, handling employment discrimination claims from investigation through resolution.

Outside of her legal practice, Lanie is an avid reader and collector of houseplants. She also spends her free time painting, sewing, and singing.
