Kimberly represents construction industry clients with legal matters ranging from initial contract formation and real-time advice to complex commercial litigation and contract disputes. She assists with all aspects of the contract drafting and litigation processes, from initial client intake and motion practice to trial and alternative dispute resolution. Kimberly has practiced in state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations. Clients appreciate her collaborative approach to dispute resolution and business-focused legal strategies.
With a family background in construction, Kimberly is familiar with the day-to-day challenges of the construction industry and continues to grow her experience in construction and adjacent fields to better position her practice for the service of her clients. Before joining UB Greensfelder, Kimberly practiced at a mid-sized regional law firm in Omaha, Nebraska where she gained experience in commercial litigation, advised clients in construction and engineering contracting, and offered her problem-solving skills to business clients across various industries.
