Josh represents clients in product liability and a range of other complex litigation matters. He helps clients navigate disputes through all stages of litigation, drawing on  extensive experience handling property and personal injury claims.

Before joining the firm, Josh focused his practice on property and personal injury litigation at law firms in St. Louis. His experience includes litigating claims, conducting written discovery and depositions, drafting pleadings and motions, and negotiating settlements on behalf of his clients. Earlier in his career, Josh served as a law clerk for the Iowa Court of Appeals and the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Iowa.

Josh earned his B.A. in political science from Truman State University, where he was active in several honor societies and participated in a study abroad program examining geopolitics and culture in the Middle East. He earned his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law, where he served as a student writer and Senior Administrative-Symposium Editor of The Journal of Gender, Race & Justice. Josh also participated in moot court competitions and general civil and estate planning clinics.
