Doug focuses his legal practice on assisting clients in all phases of the construction process, including drafting agreements, negotiating contracts, handling claims, and resolving disputes. A registered professional engineer in Missouri with an undergraduate degree in civil engineering, he also brings significant experience in engineering and construction to his practice from his tenure with Alberici Constructors, Inc. Doug spent more than a decade with the top construction company across the United States and Canada in various capacities, working his way up from field engineer to general manager of Alberici’s civil and marine business unit, in addition to his years as corporate counsel.   

Doug enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys, hunting, fishing, and playing hockey.
