Brian assists clients with a broad range of real estate matters, including commercial leasing, acquisition, development, zoning, and disposition transactions. He performs due diligence reviews to help protect clients’ business interests and limit liability in the future. Brian has worked on a variety of agreements pertaining to real estate, including deeds, leases, and purchase agreements.
Brian completed his undergraduate degree magna cum laude with a double major in political science and business administration from McKendree University before attending law school. While attending Saint Louis University School of Law, Brian was an editor of the Saint Louis University Law Journal. He also earned the merit-based Dean’s Select Scholarship and an Academic Excellence Award for the highest grade in Constitutional Law. During that time, Brian was a summer associate with UB Greensfelder and completed a legal externship with a Fortune 500 company.
Brian volunteers his time to assist with O’Fallon Township High School’s athletic programs. While attending McKendree University and Saint Louis University School of Law, he worked as an assistant coach for the O’Fallon Township High School wrestling team, also acting as a mentor for students in that role. Brian also has helped to organize events in support of the Wounded Warriors Project, raising money for veterans in the process.
