Gina is experienced in managing complex and individual litigation. She has represented some of the nation’s leading retailers, sports and exercise equipment manufacturers and distributors, technology, and pharmaceutical companies. She is currently managing the firm’s litigation involving hormone-replacement therapy and pain medications. She has extensive experience in multidistrict litigation and class action litigation involving products, contract, and labor issues. Gina also is experienced in all aspects of state and federal civil litigation, including pleadings and motion practice, pretrial discovery, trial preparation, trial practice, and appeals. Gina was named Best Lawyers® 2014 Product Liability Litigation “Lawyer of the Year” in Cincinnati.
