Jeffrey F. Peck

Jeff has spent more than two decades defending pharmaceutical companies and other clients from product liability, toxic tort, occupational exposure, and other mass tort claims. An acclaimed litigator who is consistently lauded by his clients, Jeff has been named as a “State Litigation Star” by Benchmark Litigation every year since 2015, included on the Ohio Super Lawyers list every year since 2006, and recognized by The Best Lawyers in America^® in the area of product liability every year since 2007. Additionally, he received the Best Lawyers^® 2024 Product Liability Litigation-Defendants “Lawyer of the Year” award in Cincinnati and was previously named Best Lawyers Mass Tort Litigation/Class Action-Defendants “Lawyer of the Year” in Cincinnati (2012; 2016; 2018).

Drawing on knowledge of the relevant product liability litigation environment, chemical compounds, and industry practices, Jeff assists clients in due diligence on contemplated acquisitions and in risk reduction and transfer strategies for their products, including procurement of appropriate insurance on favorable terms.
