AJ advises clients on a variety of corporate transactions, guiding businesses through every stage of their lifecycle. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, commercial contracting, entity formation, and general corporate governance matters across a range of industries. Known for his practical, business-minded approach, AJ takes the time to understand each client’s strategic goals, enabling him to deliver tailored, effective transactional solutions.
Additionally, AJ provides legal services to pro bono clients, including small creative businesses and non-profit organizations.
Before joining the firm, AJ was an associate at an Am Law 100 firm, where he focused on private equity mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law matters.
While in law school, AJ served as an editor for The Business, Entrepreneurship & Tax Law Review and clerked for the Honorable Judge Angela T. Quigless of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District.
In his free time, AJ enjoys training for long-distance marathons and playing golf.
