Lauren assists in a broad range of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, due diligence investigations, and entity formation and dissolution. She represents both buyers and sellers in asset acquisitions, equity and stock transactions, mergers, and reorganizations, with a particular strength in managing due diligence for transactions of varying size and complexity across a broad range of industries.

Lauren takes a detail‑oriented and strategic approach to transactional matters and leverages her legal and financial background to help clients navigate transactions efficiently and analyze the risks associated therewith. A former collegiate dance team member and youth dance organization board member and instructor, Lauren also has a passion for the arts. She has a strong understanding of the operational and governance needs of cultural nonprofit and educational institutions and provides pro bono legal services to arts‑related organizations and initiatives.

During law school, Lauren interned at the Missouri Attorney General’s Office and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. She also worked as a law clerk and a Saint Louis University School of Law faculty fellow, where she researched various issues including employee stock options and valuations.
