Brandi helps clients navigate eDiscovery and advises on information governance and compliance. She handles nationwide discovery for a major manufacturer, focused in the defense of product liability claims. Brandi has extensive experience managing discovery in civil litigation, including drafting discovery requests and responses, motions in support and in opposition, and affidavits, and ensuring the protection of sensitive confidential information and trade secrets.
Brandi also is experienced in handling insurance coverage issues and has represented numerous companies in related litigation.
Prior to joining UB Greensfelder, Brandi practiced with several law firms, where she was a member of a national discovery counsel team, and directed the Pro Bono Legal Services program in Lucas County, working with attorneys and courts throughout Northwest Ohio.
In her spare time, Brandi serves on the Board of Trustees and as Chair of the Development Committee of Bethany House, which provides services and resources to victims of domestic violence. Additionally, she was a Trustee of the Family & Child Abuse Prevention Center and has served as its President and HR Committee Chair.
